Student & Class Information
Current Students
Tuition must be paid 2 weeks before the session begins to save their class spot. A $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition if it is paid late.
New Students
Full payment is required with registration. We do not invoice. It is your responsibility to remember to pay each session if you want your child to continue.
Joining a class after the session commences
No problem, the class will be prorated relative to your start date.
Dropping a Class & Missed Classes
There are no pro-rated refunds or credits for missed classes or for dropping a class. ONCE THE SESSION HAS COMMENCED YOU ARE IN A CLASS FOR THE ENTIRE SESSION, regardless of your attendance. Make-up classes must be scheduled through the front desk. You must call in your absence ahead of time or we can not offer you a make-up. If you schedule a make-up and do not show, you forfeit that class. Make-ups are the responsibility of the parents and may not be carried from one session to the next.

All sessions will have 6 weeks of class except Session 8. Session 8 will be 5 weeks and your tuition will be pro-rated for that session only. The breaks do not affect your 6 weeks of class time. If you have a class on Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day, you will be offered a make up time for that class and your tuition will not be pro-rated.
We do not follow the public school student holidays. We close for an entire week for Spring break, Summer break, Thanksgiving break and two weeks for the Holiday break. The only other days we are closed are on Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
